Bridge Between Rehab and Performance
Designed for post-op knee patients who have completed physical therapy but continue to struggle with quadriceps weakness, often the most common barrier to progressing into higher-level deceleration and return-to-sport training. Sessions are delivered in small groups, combining individualized coaching with a supportive environment to rebuild strength, confidence, and control for a safe return to activity.
